I was very pleased to be working with Jim Lillis on touring, visiting and deciding on the Mosaic Gardens community in Surprise. We had a little bit of a complicated admission – transferring from another state. Jim was right there helping us through all of the issues – coming up with a unique idea to involve Mosaic staff from another site to assist with evaluations and facilitate the administrative requirements. All of the staff at Mosaic Gardens have been kind and patient during my mother’s (and my) transition into these new living arrangements. I am very happy with our choice to join the Mosaic community in Surprise.

There is no buy-in fee to reside at Mosaic Gardens Memory Care. Our community does not lock you into any long-term contracts and requires only a set monthly fee.

No, there is no long-term lease at Mosaic Gardens. Rent is month to month and includes dining, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, cable, utilities, local transportation, exterior maintenance, planned activities, on-site entertainment and all amenities. This allows each resident and their family flexibility should their needs change.
