Maintaining consistent care with your trusted doctor is encouraged. Your regular doctor has previous experience with your medical history and may be beneficial to your health, so there is no reason to switch doctors. We even offer scheduled transportation to local places such as physicians’ offices.

Our staff works directly with residents, family members and physicians to conduct an evaluation prior to move-in and develop a personalized plan of care. Family care conferences are held regularly to ensure that when a resident’s needs change, their personal plan of care is adjusted accordingly. Collaboration between family members and our team members is valuable to our residents because we can tailor more personalized support around a resident’s specific needs. Family involvement in senior care plans also ensures continuity of care.

Family and friends are encouraged to visit our community. We value the emotional support family members provide, and it helps our team get to know and partner with the family. Visits with familiar faces and social interactions can have vital positive effects on residents’ mental health and lower levels of stress or anxiety while boosting moods.

If an existing care plan does not fit a resident, we can adjust their personal plan of care accordingly, and the resident can transition to a level of care best suited to their health care needs. Family care conferences are held regularly to ensure a resident’s needs are being met, and routine evaluations are conducted.

Residents are welcome to bring their own cars when they move in, but it’s also handy to use our complimentary transportation services.
