There is no buy-in fee to reside at Meadowlark Senior Living. Our community does not lock you into any long-term contracts and requires only a set monthly fee.

No, there is no long-term lease at Meadowlark. Rent is month to month and includes dining, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, cable, utilities, local transportation, exterior maintenance, planned activities, on-site entertainment and all amenities. This allows each resident and their family flexibility should their needs change.
